ChipMOS Technologies (NASDAQ: IMOS) reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, versus $0.05 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $146.5 million, versus $153.4 million reported last year.
Looking into the fourth quarter, ChipMOS currently expects revenue to be flat to up or down in the single digits, as compared to the third quarter of 2011, with gross margin on a consolidated basis in the range of 4.0% to 9.0%.
