Approach Resources (AREX) Prices 4 Million Share Offering at $28/Share

Approach Resources Inc. (NASDAQ: AREX) today announced that it has priced its previously-announced underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $28.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of common stock. Approach expects to issue and deliver the shares on November 21, 2011, subject to customary closing conditions. The offering is being made pursuant to an effective registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
