UniTek Global Services (NASDAQ: UNTK) reported Q3 EPS of $0.15, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $120.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $118.95 million.
The Company expects full year 2011 revenue to be approximately $440.0 million. The Company expects adjusted EBITDA for 2011 to be approximately $44.0 million, or 10% of total revenue. Net income after certain non-cash adjustments is expected to be approximately $11.6 million, or $0.73 per share, with net loss per share expected to be $(0.61).
