Goldman Sachs raised price target broadly across the homebuilder group and raised estimates on a number of companies. This move reflects Goldman's "positive tilt to recent housing macro data."

On DR Horton (NYSE: DHI), the firm's price target goes from $8 to $9. 2012-14 estimates move to $0.44/$0.83/$1.25 from $0.45/$0.82/$1.23. The firm kept their Neutral rating.

On Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL), the firm's price target goes from $18 to $20. The firm modestly raise our 2011, 2012, and 2013 EPS estimates to $0.20/$0.45/$0.78 from $0.18/$0.43/$0.75. The firm kept their Buy rating.

On Lennar (NYSE: LEN), the firm's price target goes from $13 to $14.50. 2011-13 EPS estimates move to $0.24/$0.68/$1.20 from $0.32/$0.74/$1.25. The firm kept their Neutral rating.
