Goldman Sachs raised its price target on Buy-rated CVS Caremark (NYSE: CVS) from $40 to $43 and adjusted estiamtes. The firm continues to see CVS as the best positioned drugstore.
2011 EPS goes from $2.76 to $2.79, Q4 remains unchanged and 2012 goes down a penny to $3.25. 2013 goes from $3.47 to $3.50 on retail expenses and interest expense.
"After years of controversy surrounding its retail/PBM consolidation, and a period of inconsistent execution, the firm is hovering above the dispute between ESRX and WAG, and delivering on PBM forecasts," the analyst stated.
