Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Dollar Tree (NASDAQ: DLTR) price target of $87.00.

Nomura analyst, Aram Rubinson, said, "DLTR will report 3Q results on Nov 17. The release comes with a difficult year-ago comparison (+8.7%). While shares offer only decent upside in the near term ($87 target), we continue to rate DLTR Buy. Seasonally, DLTR earns 36.5% of full-year EBIT in H1. Our model therefore appears conservative (we assume 40.7%). If historical patterns were to hold, we could see as much as $0.15 of upside in H2, though a lot will depend on the comp trend, which is hard to gauge. While short-term upside may be modest by some standards, a bias to the upside plus long-term prospects suggest that a Buy rating is warranted."
