Jefferies is reaffirming its Buy rating on shares of Susser Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SUSS) and is raising its price target from $26 to $30.
Although an encore in fuel in 2012 is unlikely given the record profits this year, the company has become a premier small cap growth retailer and the outlook for its business remains very favorable.
An analyst at Jefferies comments, "Better macros, coupled with the stronger sales, cash flow and return profile of its large box retail store, is causing SUSS to accelerate growth. In addition, SUSS’s focused strategy, emphasis on continuously improving execution and the benefits of its unique QSR and fuel franchises should all drive long-term results."
To go inline with the firms bullish long term outlook, Jefferies is raising its FY11 and FY12 EPS estimates from $1.90 and $1.12 to $2.48 and $1.34. Sales for the two years is now estimated to be $5.17 billion and $5.43 billion.
