Netlist, Inc. (NASDAQ: NLST) 20% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.04), versus ($0.20) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.3 million, versus $10.6 million reported last year.

Bio-Reference Labs (Nasdaq: BRLI) 17.5% LOWER; Jefferies placed its ratings on the stock under review (from Hold) following a second short report from TheStreetSweeper.org.

MicroVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: MVIS) 16.9% LOWER; announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 17,948,716 units at a price to the public of $0.585 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $10.5 million.

Cogo Group (NASDAQ: COGO) 15.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $146.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $137.89 million.

TransAtlantic Petroleum (AMEX: TAT) 14.8% HIGHER; continuing to bounce over the $1 level this week after closing at $1.06 last Friday. The stock is up more than 45 percent this week alone. The company reported strong Q3 earnings on Wednesday. The stock was upgraded to Buy at Global Hunter this morning.

Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Corp. (AMEX: TRX) 13.5% HIGHER; traders buying the dip following a 33 percent plunge yesterday amid a large holder put in an order to liquidate its position in TRX.

Molycorp (NYSE: MCP) 12.3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.67, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $138.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $161.57 million. Molycorp lowered fourth-quarter REO from 1.468 to 1.946 billion tons to a range of 1.313 to 1.702 million tons. Fiscal 2011 REO production range moves from 4.941 million to 5.881 million tons to a range of 4.586 to 4.975 million tons.

Zogenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGNX) 11.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.59), $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.55). Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $11.3 million. Zogenix, Inc. sees FY2011 product gross margin of 41% to 43%, down from 48% to 52%. Zogenix, Inc. sees FY2011 revenue of $39-$41 million, versus prior guidance of $43-$47 million and the consensus of $43.46 million.

Primo Water (Nasdaq: PRMW) 11.1% HIGHER; bouncing following a nearly 50 percent decline over the last two trading sessions. Traders in the stock likely began selling shares following strong results from SodaStream (Nasdaq: SODA).

ServiceSource International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SREV) 9.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.01, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $50.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $48.86 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $0.04-$0.05, versus the consensus of $0.04. Sees FY2011 revenue of $198-$199 million, versus the consensus of $195.25 million. Sees Q4 2011 EPS of $0.02-$0.03, versus the consensus of $0.02. Sees Q4 2011 revenue of $53-$54 million, versus the consensus of $52.12 million.
