Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (Nasdaq: GMCR) 37.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.47, 1 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $711.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $760.48 million. Sees Q1 adjusted EPS of 35 to 40c, versus the consensus estimate of 35 cents, and FY12 adjusted EPS of $2.55 to $2.65, versus the consensus estiamte of $2.62.

Tanzanian Royalty Exploration (AMEX: TRX) 32% LOWER; the stock was halted on a circuit breaker earlier following comments from the company's CEO a major investor has put in an order to liquidate its stake.

Primo Water Corp. (Nasdaq: PRMW) 27.3% LOWER; the stock is continuing lower today, potentially on the heels of solid quarterly results out of SodaStream (Nasdaq: SODA) yesterday. PRMW shares tumbled nearly 18 percent yesterday.

Opnet Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OPNT) 24.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.24, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $41.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $43.23 million. Opnet sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.20 to $0.32, versus the consensus of $0.29, and revenue of $44 to $49 million, versus the consensus of $47.1 million. Board of Directors has approved a one-time special dividend in the amount of $0.85 per share, which will be paid on December 15, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2011.

Pegasystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA) 21.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.15, $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $95.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $111.26 million. Pegasystems sees FY2011 non-GAAP EPS of $0.61, versus the consensus of $1.16, and non-GAAP revenue of $410 million, versus the consensus of $443.3 million. Sees FY2011 GAAP revenue of $500 million, versus the consensus of $512.98 million.

EnerSys, Inc. (NYSE: ENS) 18.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.58, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $547.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $546.73 million. EnerSys sees Q3 2011 adjusted EPS of $0.67 to $0.71, versus the consensus of $0.61. The stock was upgraded at Mizuho earlier.

Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK) 16.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $75.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $59.96 million.

Frontline (NYSE: FRO) 14.4% HIGHER; trading higher with crude oil. One brokerage firm specialized in commodities and freight derivatives said monthly bookings of oil tankers to load crude from ports in the Persian Gulf is currently at the highest level since 2006.

TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. (NYSE: TAT) 13.7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.01, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.04 million versus the consensus estimate of $36.09 million.

Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (Nasdaq: MGIC) 13% HIGHER; received a positive mention in Formula Systems' (Nasdaq: FORTY) quarterly release today.
