WESTWAY GROUP, Inc. (NASDAQ: WWAY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on January 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 21, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of November 17, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
