PharmAthene, Inc. (NYSE: PIP) reported Q3 EPS of $0.00, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $6.53 million.
The company also announced that Linda L. Chang has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective November 7, 2011. Ms. Chang is responsible for Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, and Investor Relations functions at PharmAthene.
Prior to joining PharmAthene, Ms. Chang spent 11 years at Human Genome Sciences, Inc., (Nasdaq: HGSI) most recently as Senior Director of Finance.
