Horizon Technology Finance (HRZN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.45; 11.9% Yield

Horizon Technology Finance Corp. (NASDAQ: HRZN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on November 30, 2011, to stockholders of record on November 23, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of November 21, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.9 percent.
