Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) declared an annual dividend of $1.45 per share, or $1.45 annualized. This is a 26.1% increase from the prior dividend of $1.15.

The dividend will be payable on December 16, 2011, to stockholders of record on November 22, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of November 18, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
