Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN) price target of $32.00.

Barclays analyst says, "After the close on Monday November 7th, URBN pre-announced Q3/11 sales, the addition of two strong new leaders, and a reshuffling of several executives that we believe will fortify the business. While we do not know David McCreight, the new CEO of Anthropologie, personally, our sense is that he is well regarded. He is described as product-oriented, focused on brand and positioning, but with solid operations and direct experience, knows how to run numbers (reported up to Eddie Lampert at Lands End), and his experience at Under Armour suggests that he knows how to run a growth business. We know and think highly of Chad Kessler from his time at Abercrombie & Fitch, and would not be surprised if he were ultimately groomed into the Urban Outfitters President position."
