UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on TravelCenters of America (NYSE: TA) price target raised from $4 to $5.

UBS analyst says, "TA's better then expected 3Q’11 results reflect continued improvement in the trucking industry as well as the benefits of the company’s operational initiatives. TA’s rise in earnings can be attributed to increased fuel and nonfuel sales as well as operating expensive leverage as a result of the reduction in rent and interest expense with HPT."

"...We are increasing our estimates based on improving trends in the trucking industry and the company's ability to further improve operating leverage." (FY11 EPS estimate from $0.46 to $0.79 and FY12 from $0.61 to $0.87)
