Goldman Sachs raised its price target on Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE: BKD) from $17 to $18 but is keeping their Neutral rating following Q3 results. The firm said they are constructive but Neutral on flat fundamentals.

"We are constructive on shares of BKD given a sharp discount vs. other real estate sectors (8X CFFO vs. 20X FAD for REITs) but we remain Neutral given the lack of visibility for improving fundamentals," the analyst said. The firm remains cautious about the group's operating income expansion given potential expense growth pressure on skilled nursing revenues, and a pause in the home health rollout.
