Douglas Dynamics (PLOW) Misses Q3 EPS by 4c; Affirms Outlook; Raises Dividend Rate 2.5%

Douglas Dynamics (NYSE: PLOW) reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $52.13 million.

Affirms outlook.

The Company also announced that its board of directors has approved a 2.5% increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.205 effective for the fourth quarter 2011 dividend.
