Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on TreeHouse Foods (NYSE: THS) price target raised from $56 to $63.

Barclays analyst says, "While it has been nearly one year since THS' last accretive deal, management noted that its activity goes in waves, it sees plenty of opportunities, and it has the financial wherewithal to step up. As is typical, more clarity on the next deal will likely be the catalyst for the multiple to expand from current levels, given the lower-quality nature of 3Q11 results and a full year EPS result that is likely to come in towards the bottom-end of the guidance range - at least based on underlying operations."

Barclays raises FY11 EPS estimate from $2.90 to 2.93.
