Goldman Sachs raised its price target and estiamtes on IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI) from $46 to $51 following Q3 results. The firm highlighted 20%+ topline growth, $230 million share buybacks and a new dividend.
The firm raised 2011-2013E EPS to $2.12/$2.79/$3.36 from $2.01/$2.44/$2.97 on 3Q performance and larger share buybacks.
Goldman noted that search revenue has grown in line with to above Google's US revenue growth for the fourth consecutive quarter. IN addition, core Match revenue growth was chiefly driven by a 12% increase in core subscribers.
