Oppenheimer lifted its price target on Perform-rated Retalix Ltd (NASDAQ: RTLX) from $15 to $16 following Q3 results.
Helped by a favorable tax treatment and financial income producing adjusted EPS was $0.31, versus the firm's estimate of $0.17. Revenues was $61.6M versus their estimates of $57.1M. Revenue growth was driven by the company's investment in operations resulting in all its growth drivers working, the firm noted. That said, the firm said they are remaining on the sidelines until they see improvement in operating margins which have been stagnant.
FY11 EPS goes from $0.62 to $0.76.
