UPDATE - UBS initiates coverage on Tibco Software (Nasdaq: TIBX) with a Buy. PT $32.
UBS analyst said, "Criticized for being ahead of their time for well over a decade, we think TIBX will see enterprises needing more of their technology to keep up with competitors. With a broader software platform and a number of Fortune 500 advocates, TIBX has transformed its business to become more consistent and take advantage of today’s trends. TIBX is essentially a “software retrofitter” using their infrastructure software to make existing IT systems work to solve real time business demands."
