Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE: HCN) reported Q3 FFO of $0.89, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $384.79 million versus the consensus estimate of $376.4 million.
Health Care REIT, Inc. sees FY2011 FFO of $3.38-$3.43, versus prior guidance of $3.32-$3.40 and the consensus of $3.39. Normalized FAD guidance has been narrowed to a range of $3.03 to $3.08 per diluted share from the previous $3.02 to $3.08 per diluted share. Net income attributable to common stockholders has been lowered to a range of $0.99 to $1.04 per diluted share from $1.04 to $1.10 per diluted share.
