Goldman Sachs downgraded Community Health (NYSE: CYH) from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $17 (down from $19).

The firm expects shares to underperform peers with the company admitting practices are under government investigation and the subject of multiple lawsuits. The firm said based on previous industry investigations this could drag out a year. Q3 results showed that the controversy may be impacting results much more than anticipate and they do not think it is fully priced in.
