Gen-Probe, Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRO) reported Q3 EPS of $0.57, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $139.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $140.88 million.
Gen-Probe's board of directors has authorized the repurchase of up to an additional $100 million of the Company's stock through June of 2012.
