UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Emerson (NYSE: EMR) price target raised from $48 to $51.

UBS analyst says, "FY12 guidance: EPS +8-12% with total sales +4-6% (+5-7% organic) - Operating profit margin est. ~18% vs. 17.5% in FY11. Segment details: Climate looks challenging in 1H12 with potential for 2H improvement, further improvement expected at Network Power, with outlook for good growth at Process, Ind. Automation and Tools. Other ’12 expectations: Price / cost dynamic to turn positive, growth investment/ restructuring of ~$50m (w/ heavy spend in Europe & NP), up from $35m in ’11, and Thailand flooding supply chain impact of $300-400m on 1Q sales. EMR also expects headwinds from pension (~$30m) and Medicare supplement changes (~$20m in 1Q)."
