Oppenheimer maintains an 'Outperform' on Generac Holdings (NYSE: GNRC) price target raised from $23 to $28.
Oppenheimer analyst said, "Improved 4Q residential guidance (30%+ revenues vs. prior 15-20%) reflects evidence of follow-through demand for resi standby, following the surge in portables. Guidance was formulated prior to the severe weekend outages from the early winter storm, so 4Q appears well positioned for demand upside. We estimate full-year 2012 residential revenues could show modest growth, despite tough 2H comparisons, with favorable mix shift to residential standby."
"We're raising our '11E adjusted EPS to $2.00 from $1.88, '12E adj. EPS to $2.30 from $2.10, and '13E to $2.40 from $2.25."
