Expeditors International Washi (NASDAQ: EXPD) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.25 per share, or $0.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of November 29, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
