Vanguard Health Systems (VHS) Tops Q1 EPS by 4c, Posts Inline FY12 EPS Guidance

Vanguard Health Systems (NYSE: VHS) reported Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.18, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.44 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.47 billion.

Vanguard Health Systems sees FY2012 EPS of $0.71-$0.86, versus the consensus of $0.81.
