Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Regal Entertainment (NYSE: RGC) price target of $14.00.
Barclays analyst says, "Looking forward, we believe 4Q box office can generate another quarter of mid-single digit growth. The 4Q will be headlined by the upcoming releases of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1, Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol and will be helped by easy Y/Y comparisons (Regal's admissions revenue was down 13% in 4Q10)."
"Tweaking up 2012E estimates. We have flowed the 3Q11 beat through our model and left our 4Q11E estimates relatively unchanged. Our 2012E estimates increases modestly due to higher screen openings and attendance assumptions, offset by greater below-the-line equity losses from Open Road Films." (FY11 EPS estimate increased from $0.54 to $0.60 and FY12 from $0.61 to $0.64)
