UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Questar (NYSE: STR) price target raised $1 to $20.

UBS analyst says, "STR realized recurring 3Q EPS of $0.20, ahead of our $0.17 estimate and the $0.17 Street mean estimate. The EPS beat was broad-based as every operating segment posted aboveforecast results. Despite the effects of Bonus Depreciation, Wexpro investment base grew ~4% y/y and segment EBIT jumped ~8%. Similarly, Pipeline EBIT climbed ~6% y/y despite a ~50% drop in NGL sales and cost improvement limited the Utility’s seasonal loss. Along with lower debt costs, these individual segment results drove the EPS beat."

"Incorporating 3Q results and the impact of higher Wexpro capex, we are lifting our 2011 EPS estimate to $1.16 from $1.12; however, we maintain our 2011-13 EPS estimates of $1.22 and $1.31, respectively."
