UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Brocade (NASDAQ: BRCD) price target raised from $3.75 to $4.35.

UBS analyst says, "Our checks and industry laterals indicate US networking demand remains pretty solid, which we believe may bode well for Brocade in the near-term. Additionally, US Fed Gov spending appears to be outperforming versus many investors expectations, which may help Brocade’s near-term performance on the margin."

"Despite the potential tailwind for Brocade our 4Q, CY11 and CY12 sales and EPS estimates remain unchanged. We estimate 4Q sales and EPS of $530M and $0.10. Our CY11E and CY12E sales and EPS are $2.12B (+1%) and $0.41 and $2.22B (+5%) and $0.45."
