Colonial Properties Trust, (CLP) Reports In-Line Q3 FFO, Posts FY11 FFO Guidance, Declares $0.15 Dividend

Colonial Properties Trust, (NYSE: CLP) reported Q3 FFO of $0.28, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $97.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $95.65 million.

Colonial Properties Trust, sees FY2011 FFO of $1.14-$1.16, versus the consensus of $1.16.

On October 26, 2011, the Board of Trustees approved a cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable November 14, 2011, to shareholders of record as of November 7, 2011, representing an ex-dividend date of November 3, 2011.
