Jefferies maintains a 'Hold' on Community Health (NYSE: CYH) price target lowered from $27 to $20.
Jefferies analyst says, "CYH's Q3 operational performance fell below expectations as the company suffered from a sharp decline in admissions. The Q3 earnings beat and raised FY11 guidance stem largely from lower taxes, share count and interest expense. Volume weakness, reimbursement uncertainty and legal risk remain heavy overhangs for now."
