Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL) commenced an offer to exchange up to $1,000,000,000 of its registered 3.875% Notes due 2020 and up to $2,250,000,000 of its registered 5.375% Notes due 2040 for any and all of its outstanding unregistered 3.875% Notes due 2020 and 5.375% Notes due 2040.
