Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Coach (NYSE: COH) price target of $72.00.
Nomura analyst, Paul Lejuez, said, "1Q was a solid quarter, with good top-line growth in all regions, and margins in line with expectations. COH has strong momentum, impressive growth prospects, and the best ROIC in retail. Fears of a slowdown in global growth are exaggerated for COH, as it has almost no exposure to Europe. In addition, COH has seen no slowdown in its sales growth in China (we estimate China sales +70% in 1Q12)."
