Arrow Financial Corp (NASDAQ: AROW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. The dividend is an increase of 3.1 percent from the prior amount of $0.2425.

The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on December 2, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
