UMB Financial Corp (NASDAQ: UMBF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.205 per share, or $0.82 annualized. This is a 5.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.195.

The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 9, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 7, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
