Zix Corp. (NASDAQ: ZIXI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.04, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $9.75 million.
Zix expects to reach the high-end of its previously disclosed guidance for full-year 2011 adjusted earnings per share of $0.16 per share on a fully diluted basis and will be near the low-end of its previously disclosed guidance on full-year 2011 revenue of approximately $38 million.
