Regency Energy Partners (RGP) Raises Quarterly Distribution 1.1% to $0.455; Yields 8.1%

Regency Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE: RGP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.455 per share, or $1.82 annualized. This is a 1.1% increase from the prior distribution of $0.450.

The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2011, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2011, with an ex-distribution date of November 3, 2011.

The annual yield on the distribution is 8.1 percent.
