Reynolds American, Inc. (RAI) Misses Q3 EPS by 3c; Raises Dividend by 5.7%; Narrows FY11 Outlook

Reynolds American, Inc. (NYSE: RAI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.70, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.28 billion.

The Board approved a 5.7 percent increase in its dividend.

Reynolds American, Inc. sees FY2011 EPS of $2.63-$2.68, versus prior guidance of $2.62-$2.70 and the consensus of $2.65.
