Sonic Automotive (NYSE: SAH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share, or $0.1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of December 13, 2011.
