Lihua International, Inc. (Nasdaq: LIWA) today announced that Ms. Daphne Yan Huang has been named Chief Financial Officer, effective October 23, 2011. Ms. Huang previously served as Lihua's Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance and Director of Investor Relations since October 2009 and succeeds Mr. Yang "Roy" Yu, who has been appointed as the Company's Executive Vice President of Finance.
