Jefferies reiterates a 'Buy' on Calix (NYSE: CALX) price target cut $2 to $11.00.

Jefferies analyst says, "Calix posted Q3 revenue and EPS results that were in-line with pre-announced guidance. While the company will continue to face headwinds in the shortt-o-medium term, long term catalysts include: 1) Broadband Stimulus; 2) new markets; 3) new products; and 4) potential entrance into new accounts such as Qwest."

"We are pairing our revenue estimates back from $350 million and $470 million to $342 million and $442 million for 2011 and 2012, respectively...On the bottom line, our 2012 EPS figure is reduced from $1.20 to $0.90, respectively ($0.55 including stock compensation expense)."
