Jefferies Lifts Price Target on LaSalle Hotel (LHO), Maintains Hold Rating

Jefferies bumps its price target on LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO) from $18 to $19 after Q3 results as it maintained a Hold rating.

The firm comments, "We believe LHO's solid 3Q11 results support our view on better execution relative to peers from an operating and acquisition perspective given the unbranded portfolio. However, we believe macro concerns temper the 2012 outlook for a company that otherwise compares favorably with peers. We believe current operating trends are likely to limit visibility. Reiterate HOLD."
