UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Amphenol (NYSE: APH) price target cut $2 to $46.

UBS analyst says, "Orders were $1017m in 3Q, up 1% q/q and 8% y/y. BtB dropped to 0.98x vs. 0.99x in 2Q11/1Q10. Lower-than-expected 4Q Rev/EPS guidance of $930m/$0.70 (rev. down 10% q/q) is being impacted by: 1) $7m impact from the flood related damage at Sidney plant; 2) Decline in mobile devices of 20%+ (UBSe 22% q/q) from order pull ins in 3Q; 3) Softer demand in wireless infra/datacom/bbnd (UBSe -10-15% q/q); 4) Partially offset by Auto, A&D, Industrial forecast to be up modestly q/q in 4Q. We foresee Revs/EPS for CY11/CY12 of $3.925b/$3.03 and $3.941b/$3.10."
