This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

- Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) high of $24.50. Intel issued a strong third-quarter earnings beat after the market closed yesterday. Shares have moved over 4.7 percent to the new high today.
- Domino's Pizza, Inc. (NYSE: DPZ) high of $31.18. Domino's continues to move higher following strong earnings on Tuesday morning. The company received a few positive comments and CEO Patrick Dyole also made some convincing arguments on CNBC's Mad Money.
- Abbott (NYSE: ABT) high of $55.61. Abbott moving higher following plans to split into two separately-traded public companies, as well as strong third-quarter earnings. Shares moved over 6 percent and investors hoped Abbott would unlock some value moving forward.
- Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISRG) high of $425.49. Intuitive moving higher following quarterly results. The company reported third-quarter EPS of $3.05 on revenue of $447 million, exceeding views calling for EPS of $2.76 and revs of $418.0 million.
- Powerwave Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: PWAV) low of $0.68. Pwerwave dropping 53.4 percent following guidance in which it sees third-quarter sales of $75 to $79 million, a far cry from the consensus of $168.4 million. Powerwave cites significant slowdown in North America on the outlook. Powerwave will report earnings November 1st, after the close of trading.
- Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. (NYSE: AEM) low of $45.78. Agnico-Eagle said it was suspending mining operations and gold production at its Goldex mine in Val d'Or, Quebec effective immediately. This decision follows the receipt of an opinion from a second rock mechanics consulting firm which recommended that underground mining operations be halted until the situation is investigated further.
- Demand Media (NYSE: DMD) low of $5.24. Demand Media moving over 19 percent lower as questions surrounding lower eHow traffic were raised. Demand Media addressed the issue today, saying it was due to a technical issue, and the issue has been solved.
- Checkpoint Systems Inc. (NYSE: CKP) low of $10.58. Checkpoint cut it's third-quarter and fiscal 2011 outlook. Sees Q3 revs of $218 million and EPS of $0.28, versus Street views calling for revs of $244.55 million and EPS of $0.49.
