Stepan Co. (SCL) Misses Q3 EPS by 10c, Raises Annual Dividend Rate by 7.7%

Stepan Co. (NYSE: SCL) reported Q3 EPS of $1.70, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $499.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $425.5 million.

The dividend was increased 7.7 percent to an annual rate of $1.12 per common share. This marks the forty-fourth consecutive annual dividend increase.
