Schulman (SHLM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.7% to $0.17; 3.6% Yield

Schulman (NASDAQ: SHLM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 9.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.155.

The dividend will be payable on November 1, 2011, to stockholders of record on October 24, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of October 20, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
