Shares of Visa (NYSE: V) and MasterCard (NYSE: MA) have ticked higher in afternoon trade as Bloomberg is reporting on rumors regulators may introduce a repeal of the swipe-fee measure. A source has said US Representatives Chaffetz and Owens will unveil the bill later Wednesday.
Visa shares are now up 1.3 percent while MasterCard shares are up 1 percent.
