Dougherty Sees Recent Acquisitions as Strong Positives for Catalyst Health Solutions (CHSI)

Dougherty & Co is reiterating its Buy rating and $70 price target on shares of Catalyst Health Solutions (NASDAQ: CHSI) while noting that the FutureScript and Walgreens Health Initiatives acquisitions position the company for strong growth over the next couple of years.

The firm also believes that current PBM fundamentals remain favorable for the company.

Dougherty is forecasting that CHSI will announce its Q3 results and release its preliminary 2012 guidance sometime in early November with EPS of $0.61 and $1.42 billion in sales.

An analyst at the firm comments that the contributions from FutureScript and Walgreens Health Initiatives acquisitions will be substantially significant over time and will drive strong earnings growth and the stock price going forward.
